Everybody has the right to nominate article/category/image for deletion. You can rebuke the deletion reason in the discussion page. What you can't do is to remove the deletion template before the discussion is closed. Only admin who can decide whether to delete or not. Dekisugi (talk) 14:40, 8 January 2009 (UTC)
