Please stop adding unreferenced or poorly referenced biographical content, especially if controversial, to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Albert Toney III. Hi Daubje! I hope you're doing well and that your new years celebration was both memorable and safe. :-) I'm contacting you here today because I followed up with previous conversations that we had on my user talk page regarding content that was added to Albert Toney III that did not meet Wikipedia's policy regarding sources and biographies of living persons. I reviewed the link you added to the article and found a few issues. First, the URL you provided is not a direct link to the court case that other readers can navigate to - it's a search session that won't link to anything specific. Second, after using the site tool and locating the court case using the docket number you provided in previous revisions, I found that the wording you used in the article does not coincide with the court cases found with the docket number. You stated that the article subject was "found guilty" of fraud associated to the sale of his home. However, the docket number refers to a civil case, not a criminal case... whether or not someone is guilty of a crime is not established in civil cases. Hence, the content does not coincide with the source you tried to cite. This source can also be considered primary and not secondary, which means that it does not meet the guidelines stated in this section of Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy. Unfortunately, due to the issues I found, I had to revert your changes to the article. Until these issues are resolved, the content should not be added back to the article - it's a serious violation of policy.
