Wikipedia is not a place to have fun dreaming up a micronation. There are whole websites/forums/blogspots for that, I suggest using those instead. There is no way this topic is going to get a published article until such point as this micronation gets serious media coverage, so please save your text to somewhere else where this kind of content is appropriate. If you submit it again, you're just wasting volunteer reviewers' time and it will be deleted.
