Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did with links to (latkey.com | search current). Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. Femto, if you reference http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transliteration page, you will see what links are added there. The link that you have restored back while removed http://www.latkey.com transliteration was an advertising link used together with Google adwords, and was placed here on wikipedia to increase traffic and revenue for that site. Latkey transliteration does not have any advertising links and is a completely free service, which matches Wikipedia guidelines. It is not completely correct to remove valid links and put commercial links back in. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by DanIssa (talkcontribs) .

I have not edited the transliteration page, what are you talking about? I am under no obligation to check every other link in order to revert a spam link and restore an article to its earlier state. And especially I'm under no obligation to accept one link just because similar other links were placed earlier.
It does not matter if it's "free" or "useful". Linking to download sites for Microsoft Office plugins to use the online service of a company is not appropriate. There is no encyclopedic content on the site, and it does promote other products of that comany. If you reference Linksearch: *.latkey.com and the corresponding user contributions, you'll see that there were repeated attempts to place links in several articles, despite all warnings not to re-add them (including the ignored warning on your own talk page). Not only to the transliteration service but also to the company main page, with link descriptions promoting the keyboard stickers.
You will not add any more links to latkey.com, i-keyboard.com, or related domains. Femto 13:14, 27 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please stop. If you continue spamming you will be blocked from editing. Femto 10:50, 28 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

I would strongly disagree to that as your logic doesn't make any sense. It is my right per wikipedia policy to share useful links with the APPROPRIATE content, even if they are commerial (see wikipedia rules). In this case is is not even commercial - the link points only to the free transliteration service page with no advertising or promotional content whatsoever. Also note it is not a plugin for Office, this is the free online service which can be used from Internet Explorer Research Pane with no downloads same way as all other links. I would also like to point out that other links have same enciclopeadic content as the one I've added. DanIssa 03:10, 29 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

You have no such right. You may discuss a disputed link, and attempt to establish consensus that it meets Wikipedia's content policies. Until then, unilaterally insisting to add your links is disruptive. Note also that I am not the only one who is of the opinion that you are spamming. Femto 13:13, 29 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

As you have suggested, I addressed this issue on the Discussion page, however you have removed my comments from the Discussion and removed the text twice. This is the violation of the policy and I will dispute your edits if you're going to persit in your personal opinions. DanIssa 03:10, 29 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

I have not removed any of your comments. Stop making false accusations, and do not alter my messages. Femto 13:13, 29 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
