Re:unable to create account on Hindi wikipedia

Hi, This with regard to your complaint on my talk page[1], that you are not able to open an account on Hindi wikipedia. Unfortunately, I am not an administrator on either English or Hindi Wikipedia . And I have very little experience on Hindi wikipedia. However, I can offer some tips regarding your account creation. It is possible that you are not allowed to create an account for perfectly technical reasons which may have no relation to your caste. For example you may have tried to oppeen a new account with a username that is already in use. Can you try using another name. Also if your username is similar to an existing name , you may not be allowed to create an account and may have to request for an account to be created for you.
