قال الإمام الحديث أبو حيان سعيد أنه في القرن الأول من الهجرة استمر حوالي ستمائة 600 حديث. الرواة الحديثون مدرجون أدناه ،

1 - قاسم بن محمد بن أبي بكر (ع)
24 ~ 106 هـ ، نشأ تحت السفينة الحارسة الطيبة لعمة أخيه أم الصحابة عائشة صديقة ر. بعد أن كان والده في 36 هـ في سن 12 سنة.  عاش قاسم بن محمد مع عائشة صديقته حتى وفاتها عام 58 هـ ، وروى قاسم بن محمد 200 حديث فقط عن سلطان عائشة صديق ، وعبد الله بن عمر ، وأمي سلمى ، وابن عباس ، إلخ.
السلسلة الذهبية للروايات
قاسم - عائشة ، قاسم - ابن عمر ، قاسم - أم سلمى.
2.  نافع مولا بن عمر ، المتوفى سنة 117 هـ.
 نافع مولا بن عمرصاحب عبد بن عمر لمدة ثلاثين سنة ، وروى حوالي 188 حديث عن ابن عمر.
3 - حمام ابن منابة
(40 ~ 131 هـ) كان همام ابن منابة طالب أبي هريرة ر.  روى همام 139 حديثاً عن أبي هريرة ر.  تعتبر مجموعة ابن منابة الأحاديث المكتوبة الأولى.  يطلق عليه "صحفة همام بن منابة".
مجموع عدد الأحاديث كان أقل من 600 في القرن الأول من الهجرة.  في الربع الأول من القرن الثاني هجري مالك بن أنس ، مؤلف الإمام مؤيد مالك ، جمع أيضًا حوالي 600 حديث ، 1100 عصر الصحابة (روايات صحابة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.
