I have been block by User:JBW for enforcing MOS:COLOR and MOS:ICONS the Wikipedia:Village pump (proposals) JBW has remove my reply on Wikipedia:Village pump (proposals) User:JBW revertrd pages that Violates MOS:ICONS and fails MOS:COLOR and has vandlised pages such as V.
