April 2020

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Coronavirus disease 2019; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Christopher Sabat, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. A tag has been placed on File:Taliban (2020).jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement of https://www.gettyimages.ca/detail/news-photo/afghan-taliban-fighters-and-villagers-attend-a-gathering-as-news-photo/1204741868?adppopup=true. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. BLP policy

I have removed your edits from Talk:D. C. Douglas and redacted them from the page history. Our biographies of living persons policy prohibits making such unfounded allegations anywhere on Wikipedia. Such material can be included as long as it's worded neutrally and presented and supported by reliable sources. Such sources do not include a link to information you've cobbled together on another wiki. If you attempt to restore it or add similar unsourced or poorly sourced content, you will be blocked from editing.-- Jezebel's Ponyo^{bons mots} 16:43, 9 July 2021 (UTC)

Hi. Thanks for working to improve the site with your edits to Dan Slott, as we really appreciate your participation. However, the edit had to be reverted, because Wikipedia cannot accept uncited material. I know you don't edit here that often, but since you've accumulate close to 2000 edits here since February 2020, you should know that Wikipedia requires that the material in its articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the article text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here.

Also websites with user-generated info, including IMDb, are not considered reliable under WP:USERG.

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
