Blocked IP edit

Hey can you please add me to IP Block Exemptions on Simple English Wikipedia? This college's IP Address has been blocked due to certain idiots vandalising the project, therefore I am unable to login and make perfectly good contributions... Shane91c (talk) 13:21, 1 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Simple does not have IP block exemption activated at this time. As most school IPs that get blocked are only soft-blocked, you can edit from the school once your account is created. Post an unblock request on the IP talk page asking for a temporary unblock to create your SUL account and any available admin should be able to assist you. I posted a request but someone vandalised the talk page and it is now blocked! So because of this childish person I am unable to request an unblock or create my account there :( Can you help me out here? The One And Only Shane91c (talk) 14:54, 1 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thanks edit

Thanks for what you done on the Simple English Wikipedia. I hope you will come back. Techman224Talk 04:06, 3 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
