Hello. I am new to Wikipedia and made the following mistakes: a) I removed the speedy edit from my page 4 times. b) I tried to replace the "Performance Management" page with my own page. As I read all the threads, I got to know I have been blocked for the following reasons: a. Removing the speedy delete from my own page. b. Trying to edit the "Performance Management" page and replace it. c. Your claims that you innocently did not realise that there was anything wrong with what you were doing, and now realise your mistake, do not fit well with the fact that you were given a whole string of warnings, which you simply ignored until you were blocked. You were well aware of the objections to your editing. I strongly suggest that you think carefully before making any more unblock requests. I really feel troubled. I await a response from some admin. I am ready to explain, but I really didn't know about those warnings. No that I do, No such thing would be repeated for sure!
- If you're troubled, it's because you failed to read policies that you actually agreed to when you signed up.
- What is your relationship to User:Employeeperformance?
- Have you read WP:PROMO and WP:NOTDIRECTORY?
- Do you understand what conflict of interest is?
- Have you read and fully understood the 5 pillars of Wikipedia (there may be a quiz later)
