Five Leaf Clover or FLC is a lip sync group who got their fame on YouTube. The group consists of five members: brothers Reggie and Ricky Patterson, Kovonn Tanner, Robert Burnett, and Russ Tollison.

History edit

The beginning of Five Leaf Clover started in April of 2008 when member Reggie released a YouTube cover of JoJo's hit song, Too Little, Too Late. The video quickly gained popularity and had about 4,000 views when it was removed for unknown reasons. It has recently resurfaced on Five Leaf Clover's YouTube Page. With the original and new videos, it currently has about 5,000 views.

In January of 2009 Five Leaf Clover released their first music video as a group. The covered the Backstreet Boys' song, Shape of My Heart.

The Future edit

In February or March of 2009, Five Leaf Clover will release their second group video. This one will be I Still... by the Backstreet Boys. It is rumored that "I Still..." will be a darker themed video.

Notes section edit

I'm not sure why it's coming up the way it is. You should be OK to edit the page. Yell if you're still having issues. Thanks! --PMDrive1061 (talk) 02:02, 27 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

RE: Brian Littrel/Straight Through My Heart (image) edit

Im afraid the image does not show something which cannot be explained in words and therefore it is a candidate for deletion. Now that it has been tagged one of the experienced members of administrators team who deal with copyright issues will assess the issue and deal with it accordingly. It is a candidate for deletion - this is exactly what happened to the image that was present in She Wolf (song). (Lil-unique1 (talk) 20:42, 17 September 2009 (UTC))Reply

Backstreet Boys edit

Yep. I removed mention of the Jackson 5 a couple weeks ago, and have had to correct that the Backstreet Boys are the best selling, twice, since. Guess that needs to be there, after all. Regards, Piano non troppo (talk) 17:50, 8 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Figuring out what to do with Backstreet Boys edit

Hi. I'd forgotten we'd talked, so forgive my revert.

My impression was that an editor was trying to avoid an ongoing edit war by changing the wording so that it wasn't such a red flag to vandals. What I noticed is that any mention of them being "second best selling" -- whether or not it mentioned the Jacksons -- was targeted by a vandal. Factually, it's more exact to say they were second. Pragmatically, it might be better not to wave a red flag in front of the bulls (or rather the vandals) who don't like the idea that Backstreet Boys are second best. I really don't have any strong opinion ... I was just hoping not to revisit the article again and again for the same vandalism. Best Regards, Piano non troppo (talk) 16:51, 20 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Articles for deletion nomination of Dance with Me (Aaron Carter song) edit

I have nominated Dance with Me (Aaron Carter song), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Dance with Me (Aaron Carter song). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. --Wolfer68 (talk) 03:17, 28 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

A release of a single does not make it notable. Per WP:NSONGS, "Songs that have been ranked on national or significant music charts, that have won significant awards or honors or that have been performed independently by several notable artists, bands or groups are probably notable." I do not believe this song has achieved any of that. --Wolfer68 (talk) 16:52, 30 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
Independently means both Aaron Carter and Flo Rida would each have had to record the song separately. The single was released on November 10 and it has not shown any signs of independent notability. If you think it's going to be notable that goes against WP:CRYSTAL, because it's not yet. --Wolfer68 (talk) 19:05, 30 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Backstreet Boys edit

I have reverted your recent edit at Backstreet Boys as you had inserted a statement without providing a source. I have done a lot of cleaning up at that article and have detected a lot of unreferenced statements as well as poorly referenced statements, all of which desperately needed to be removed. Please, do not ignore my hours of work; however, feel free to re-insert the statement within your recent edit here if you can come forward with a reliable source. Regards.--Harout72 (talk) 22:36, 13 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please, do not revert edits as such conduct clearly constitutes edit-warring. As much as you feel it's important to include additional information such as the one you insist on inserting, bear in mind that statements must be verifiable by editors. Therefore, I suggest that you first locate the source then re-insert any further information. Regards.--Harout72 (talk) 04:43, 15 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
