Template weight edit

Hi CorleoneSerpicoMontana,
I am trying to swap out {{weight}} for {{convert}} please don't revert the edits back to {{weight}}. If you don't want stone in {{convert}} than simply change the {{convert|100|lb|kg st|abbr=on}} or the {{convert|80|kg|lb st|abbr=on}} to {{convert|100|lb|kg|abbr=on}} or the {{convert|80|kg|lb|abbr=on}} by taking out the "st" part of the code. You can also use {{convert}} to convert st lb to (kg/lb). That way, stone pounds are first (for the Brits & Aussies) followed by the kilos/pounds (for elsewhere). Example {{convert|16|st|8|lb|abbr=on}}--> 16 st 8 lb (105 kg; 232 lb). Thanks, MJCdetroit (talk) 03:39, 6 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Recent rugby edits edit

I have reverted a number of your recent edits after another user failed to answer your valid questions. Londo06 (talk) 17:32, 11 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Just throught I'd let you know there is an editor going to war with your edits, still refusing to answer your questions. Also replaced Rugby Union in the infoboxes. Londo06 (talk) 19:30, 11 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, see above should read Rugby Union is all of the updated infoboxes applied to Rugby Union player pages. Londo06 (talk) 19:32, 11 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Infobox Rugby Union biography edit

Is there a constructive reason you are changing the template title of the Infobox rugby league biography to Infobox Rugby Union biography? It's creating a 'template for deletion' message. Florrieleave a note 05:23, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Guinness Premiership squad navboxes edit

Hi there, I notice you have been creating a bunch of Guinness Premiership squad navboxes. However, your creations are using a non-standard format. Could you please use {{Rugby union squad}} next time you create one? – PeeJay 13:50, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Further to this point, you are also adding the club logo to these navboxes. Use of the club logo in this manner is against the Fair Use policy here at Wikipedia. Please remove them. – PeeJay 13:51, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
You'll look into it? Excuse me for saying it, but that sounds like a cop-out to me. The navboxes you have created need changing to the standard format used for national team squad navboxes as soon as possible, and you also need to remove the club logos. – PeeJay 22:44, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
You haven't addressed ANY of my concerns yet! You have continued to create your own standard for club squad navboxes, which creates inconsistency between club squad navboxes and national squad navboxes. Why could you not just have added the option for a coloured titlebar to the pre-existing squad template? – PeeJay 22:57, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
I never expressed a concern about adding players' positions to the box. My concern is regarding the major differences in style between national team and club team squad navboxes. The club squad navboxes you have created are much wider than the national squad navboxes, and are structured quite differently. Anyway, I believe you are skirting around the proper issue here, so when I get some time, I will be going round all of your navboxes, and converting them to use {{Rugby union squad}}. – PeeJay 23:12, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
Good, now you just need to get rid of the logos, and the "XXX is a member of the YYY squad" bit and we'll have a usable navbox. – PeeJay 02:08, 21 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please follow WikiProject Rugby union guidelines edit

Please would you start to follow WikiProject Rugby union guidelines instead of running roughshod all over them. We have a list of templates to use and these have been in use for a while now. Also, please refrain from using Fair Use images in navigation templates as this goes against Wiki policy. --Bob (talk) 16:16, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
