Request reason:

hi there - i am trying to update our company desciption. Is there some way I can submit our text and then get edits back, as currently wikipedia has given us an incorrect desciption. I did not believe there was any promotional text within my update, as it was only a factual description. Also I am trying to update our company logo as it has changed. please can you unblock me. thank you!

Decline reason:

You forgot to follow the instructions above. Additionally, edits such as "the next generation Customer Engagement Hub technology that enables brands to proactively engage customers in AI-driven conversations to fulfil business objectives" is blatantly promotional and frankly, essentially meaningless. You won't be unblocked to edit about ContactEngine directly. If this is your only goal, there's no path forward. If you wish to write about other subject areas, areas for which you have no conflict of interest, tell us what you'll write about instead and pick a new username. You'd still be free to suggest edits on the article's talk page, just not to edit the article directly. Again, though, if your only goal is to write about ContactEngine, this is the end of the line.
