Unsourced and doesn't explain how all of these are tariffs, and not missing any others, i.e. there is no inclusion criteria.

Peter Douglas Brown-Book of Kells/Dublin librarian?

Hello Coningsby, I'm an editor with an interest in the Book of Kells article. While editing the article, I've been using a short 1980 book by one Peter Brown, who was the head Librarian at Trinity Dublin from 1970 until his death in 1984.

This leads me to the Peter Douglas Brown article, which you recently created. I think that the Trinity Dublin librarian-and-Book-of-Kells-book author MAY be the same person as the article's historian of 18th century Britain, as described in the current article and Library of Congress page reference. However I have some skepticism about library data pages, which leads to my request. If you have access to the other texts cited as references in the Peter Douglas Brown article (Chathamites, William Pitt etc), I'd be interested to know if you can find any author details which might confirm or deny the connection; Peter Brown is a very common English name which can lead to confusion.
