Hashtag United edit

Hello Conaigh. Thanks for your efforts to improve this article, but could you please stop reverting. If an edit of yours is undone in full or in part, you are expected to follow the WP:Bold, revert, discuss cycle (WP:BRD) and start a discussion on the article talk page to gain consensus for your edits.

Your reverts here are particularly problematic as you are blindly undoing formatting corrections and reinserting information that is not supported by the references. Contiuning to do this will result in a final warning, and then possibly your account being blocked.

Please start a discussion on the article talk page if you wish to continue. Thanks, Number 57 21:13, 2 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

I am not acting against the "spirit of Wikipedia" – most of the text you are trying to readd fails WP:RECENTISM as it is overly focussed on recent events. There is no need for so much detail on this season's performance. There is also no need to mention the managerial change in the introduction, nor to describe the Wembley Cup (as it's already mentioned in the text above)
Your repeated reinsertion of incorrect formatting is problematic. Seasons should be formatted as 2018–19, not 2018/19 or 2018-19; scores should be 3–0 not 3-0, and references should not be left as bare urls.
Again, if you still believe these changes are a good idea, please start a discussion on the article talk page. Simply reinserting the material is in violation of the WP:BRD principle.
Also, when you comment on a talk page (including other users'), you need to sign your posts using four tildes (~~~~). Number 57 21:30, 2 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

October 2020 edit

Hi there - Wikipedia relies on reliable sources to verify information, especially about living people. You didn't provide a source for your changes to the Kiernan Hughes-Mason article, and I couldn't find one either. If you have a reliable source please let me know and we can change the article. Please let me know if you have any questions. GiantSnowman 21:03, 19 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 2020–21 Queens Park Rangers F.C. season, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Paul Smyth. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
