Foundation Camp edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Foundation Camp, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.highlands.edu/foundationcamp.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) Speedy deletion nomination of Foundation Camp edit

A tag has been placed on Foundation Camp requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you.   Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Marasmusine (talk) 12:42, 16 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm afraid that this one needs more rewriting, as it contains substantial text still taken directly from or closely paraphrasing the website. Of course, if you own the website, you do have the option of releasing the content. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure. The article will be reevaluated after a week to see if additional steps are necessary. If it is not rewritten, it may need to be deleted. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 18:11, 22 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Let's talk about Foundation Camp edit

Hi Collins00, and welcome to Wikipedia. As a new user, you may be unfamiliar with some of our policies and guidelines. Recently you have created an article about Foundation Camp. In order for an article to appear on Wikipedia, the subject must meet our notability guidelines. While you can read them in detail, the basic idea is that the subject (in this case, the camp), must have been significantly discussed in multiple, reliable sources (magazines, newspaper articles, etc.). Do you know of any such articles? If you do, but aren't sure how to include them, please let me know, and I'd be glad to help. If they have not received press of a significant nature, then the article will have to be deleted.

Finally, please know that you are not allowed to remove maintenance tags (like the unreferenced and notability tags I added) unless you fix the underlying problem. Doing so repeatedly can be considered disruptive editing. Again, please ask if you have questions. Qwyrxian (talk) 13:56, 16 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
