Thanks for the advice, Nettrom. As I mentioned in my post, I am a bit of a rookie at making significant revisions to a page. I think I will take your advice about rolling back the Floyd D. Rose page and adding enough content to make it a worthwhile read. To be honest, I wish I had enough information on Q5 to create a page for them as well, but there doesn't seem to be much out there about them, so I'll do some more research before proceeding there.

I'm a big fan of WP, so I definitely appreciate your guidance to ensure I don't do anything to muddy up the water.

I wanted to stop by and compliment you on a job well done, the Floyd D. Rose article looks great! Yeah, it would be nice to have a separate article on Q5, hopefully now that there's a section on it people will find it so it can expand and some day grow into its own article. There's also a Q5 disambiguation page, I added a link to Floyd D. Rose from there so in case people find the Q5 article they can also find where the band is mentioned. Thanks, Nettrom. I was a little worried about repeating too much information that was already in the main Floyd Rose article, so I tried to summarize that content just enough to make it stand on its own, while pointing users to the main page if they were more interested in the tremolo itself. The content in there is already well researched and thorough. I'm just glad that it was possible to add a mention about his music career and the band. I'm currently listening to their debut album. It's definitely worth a mention, despite the lack of mainstream attention it received here in the States. ColdGrayLight (talk) 15:20, 15 April 2012 (UTC)
