A tag has been placed on Virginia Uribe requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://lgbthistorymonth.com/virginia-uribe?tab=biography. The article Mia Yamamoto has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Source are largely primary. Both Vice and NBC are interviews and the intros mostly rely on what Yamamoto says. The awards as far as I can tell are local and/or non-notable. I checked ProQuest but everything I found were brief mentions or interviews/Yamamoto's comments.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
