Thongchai Winichakul edit

Hi! I noticed you adding the list of works by this person to the article you've created on him. That can be a very useful section, especially in a biography of an academic, but I wanted to make sure you know that it isn't what we mean by references for the article; we'll still need some reliable sources about him- articles written about him and his work that make it clear how he meets the notability criteria for academics. Thanks! -FisherQueen (Talk) 20:49, 26 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for Image:Jerome Kidder.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading Image:Jerome Kidder.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 21:09, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Peter Bulkley edit

I have nominated Peter Bulkley, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Peter Bulkley. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. --Michael WhiteT·C 21:05, 24 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
