Svg comment edit

Hello. You asked here why there isn't a convert to svg template on the picture. Png is one of the acceptable formats, so there's no need to do that. Svg is only needed with images that might, in the future, need to be expanded to large sizes; letters are an example of things that need to be in svg. Pretty much everything else should be in png, except really complex pictures of the real world(not drawings), like this waterfall, which should be jpeg.
