I agree that The Roms thing in working state is bad but it true they are working on it also to answer you other question how are you supposed to say The Build Its call Rom and it's Called Rom for a reason or do you want me to say firmware. Dan Marco (talk) 13:07, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
They did take the old CM source code, at this stage half of the "development" is replacing written CM references and replacing old logos. Of course the ROMs are going to work; they just don't have a means of delivering them officially (like the old get.cm page) yet. I don't understand the ROM/Firmware thing you're saying; I have no qualms about the word ROM in an article; I feel like calling CM/LOS "firmware" is a bit incorrect, though. The meaning's pretty similar, but really, it's not firmware. It's a firmware replacement. And even that is not quite correct; because ROMs don't replace everything.Choco-mint flavor (talk) 06:47, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
