Tim Ireland edit

I have removed the {{prod}} tag from Tim Ireland, which you proposed for deletion. I'm leaving this message here to notify you about it. If you still think the article should be deleted, please don't add the {{prod}} template back to the article. Instead, feel free to list it at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion. Thanks! Hullaballoo Wolfowitz edit

Has a well-earned reputation for being highly destructive, rude, hypocritical, gaming the system, acting in bad faith constantly, zealous to a degree bordering on the deranged and generally in need of help. He's got quite a fan club. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.192.1.168 (talk) 20:03, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Glad it's not just me who finds him obnoxious. The fact is, the guy quotes the rule book when it suits him but then goes about breaking the rules himself when he feels like it. He reverted my deletion request without giving any reason, and then when I reinstated it he accused me of being an "IP vandal"! I tried to discuss this with him on his talk page and he just deleted the entire debate after it became clear he had made a poor decision. When I tried to revert his deletion he told me that it was "illegal" to revert an editor's own talk page. What a cretin.Chithecynic (talk) 09:40, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Stop lying. I did not revert your prod "without giving ay reason," as you claim, but accurately pointed out that it was an "invalid repeat prod." I did not use the quoted language with reference to your inappropriate reinstatement of material I removed from my talk page. You also rather clearly need to review WP:NPA, WP:CIVIL, and WP:SOCK. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 23:41, 20 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
This is my talk page, Wolfowitz. Chithecynic (talk) 15:05, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
If you want to remove the post, it's your prerogative. It's not appropriate to alter it to make it look as though I withdrew it. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 16:09, 22 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Oh you poor lamb, Wolfowitz! The phrase 'crocodile tears' seems apposite in this case; if you cared what people on here thought of you, you wouldn't go about your business here in the highly aggressive and selfish manner that you do. You rather clearly need to review WP:DONTBEADICK. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wolfowitz=twat (talkcontribs) 15:30, 21 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

He's an utter tool. He (or they - many people suspect that multiple people use the same ID due to the inordinate number of edits that are recorded, sometimes every minute) seems to get a kick out of annoying people, something he's very good at. Best advice is to try and ignore him. It's tricky, but I'm getting there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.192.1.168 (talk) 14:32, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 16:06, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

ANI notice edit

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there currently is a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Hullaballoo Wolfowitz (talk) 20:38, 23 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Satisfied that I'm not a sock puppet now, are you? I'd ask for an apology, but I know I won't get one. Chithecynic (talk) 17:15, 4 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Talk:Richard T. Russell edit

I have just reverted your deletion of material from the above talk page. It is not appropriate to delete messages from article talk pages if such messages are in compliance with talk page guidelines. Thanks.  – ukexpat (talk) 16:01, 6 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

I deleted my own comment! And I only did so because it was a complaint about the COI disclaimer which has since been dealt with (due to an editorial request made by me). Am I not allowed to delete my own words, especially when they no longer apply? Chithecynic (talk) 09:41, 7 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
No, you should not delete comments on article talk pages if they have been replied to -- it is important to keep talk page discussions intact so that other editors can follow the discussion. You can, however, delete messages from your own user talk page (subject to certain exceptions). – ukexpat (talk) 15:16, 7 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:Tatsfield snow tn.JPG edit

The file File:Tatsfield snow tn.JPG has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unused, low-res, no obvious use

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:01, 12 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
