Help wanted with editing Talk:Royal_Automobile_Club_of_Western_Australia edit

I'm trying to improve Royal_Automobile_Club_of_Western_Australia, and noticed that the betacommandbot had removed the organisations logo sometime last year, leaving a comment on Talk:Royal_Automobile_Club_of_Western_Australia. As the logo in question has now been deleted, is it considered acceptable to remove this text about the logo violating fair use policy from the talk page? If it stays on the articles talk page I think it's confusing, but if I remove it then I'm 'changing history', which I understood was a bad thing to do on a talk page. Please advise :-) Thanks.

Your best bet is to archive the page. You can find out how to do that at Help:Archiving a talk page. Let me know how that works at my talk page! --Voyaging (talk) 04:10, 27 March 2008 (UTC)   DoneReply

Fair use rationale for File:Omnifocus Logo.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:Omnifocus Logo.png. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 06:33, 13 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:14, 1 November 2012 (UTC)Reply
