I'm trying to create this page but it keeps saying I'm taking content from the CIPM website. They have a specific way of wording things, so it's difficult not to use the same phraseology. How can I find out which particular sentences it thinks I'm plagiarising?

It seems to me that an article you worked on, Centre for Infection Prevention and Management, may be copied from http://www1.imperial.ac.uk/medicine/research/institutes/cipm/workstreams/. It's entirely possible that I made a mistake, but I wanted to let you know because Wikipedia is strict about copying from other sites.
It's important that you edit the article and rewrite it in your own words, unless you're absolutely certain nothing in it is copied. If you're not sure how to fix the problem or have any questions, there are people at the help desk who are happy to assist you.
