Please don't add so many images

Please don't add so many images to aircraft articles. A glut of images is bad for readability. Binksternet (talk) 20:54, 25 September 2016 (UTC)

Note about indiscriminate image galleries in articles

Hi. Echoing the comment you received above back in September, I would recommend that you have a look at the Manual of Style relating to images at WP:IG, as it explains how indiscriminate image galleries are generally discouraged from Wikipedia articles. If you feel that a particular article needs more images to accompany the text, please try to integrate them within the article alongside the corresponding section. And don't forget to include image captions too. Please take the time to read through the Manual of Style guidelines, as it will save yourself wasted time in future. Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to USS George Washington (CVN-73), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that.

Hi @Chaelrs555, I'm David. I noticed that you've made a couple of edits on the Yakisoba page, and you're probably aware that I reverted one you made recently. Thank you for adding new images to the article, they are definitely an improvement. As I mentioned in my revert, however, I encourage you to always leave a summary when you make edits on Wikipedia. This is important so that other editors understand the motivation behind your edits without having to spend too much time digging into the changes you've made, and it can often prevent misunderstanding, even edit warring.
