To create the articles you mentioned at the Teahouse, you are best to follow the paid guidelines:

• put a very clear declaration on your User page that you are en employee etc. See WP:PAID.
• create article by AFC draft. Place the COI notice on the article draft talk page as well.
• if an article is published, let other editors take it from there. While you can make small factual or non-controversial changes directly, it is preferable to either leave it for the many neutral editors, or to use the Request edit template described at WP:COI.
