There is no copyright problem I have full permission to use the picture and am mailing in the copyright release to Wikipedia. I have combined both accounts, I didn't realize that there were two accounts. TODAY, I learned differently and will no longer be using this account.

What frustrates me is that someone keeps changing the article and putting in untruths, the facts are being changed and by whom? If you look at Christina_Mendez User page you will see the original article and the one that is posted is nothing like the original that I wrote. Of course there are problems with the one that is on there now, there are numerous errors and untruths.

It is frustrating working with Wikipedia, you can't talk to an actual person you just get run around in a bunch of circles and to 20 different pages. Cant I just talk to a live person? And who is Ed Johnston who keeps giving warnings? On my own User Talk page I can't delete out comments? I read them and thought that I could? How long do I have to leave them there? Why can't I delete them, got the messages? I don't understand. You don't follow your own rules!

I think that covers everything. Again, I won't be using this account any longer, but the merged account!

File copyright problem with File:Christina Mendez 2.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading File:Christina Mendez 2.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Peripitus (Talk) 03:37, 11 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Confusion due to a renamed account edit

Hello Carlos/Christina. Per the explanation at WP:BN, I recommend that you stop using this account. There is already a User:Christina Mendez account which you should have the password for. Unless you can explain a valid reason for continuing to use two accounts, you should retire this one. That would be a way to avoid any problems with our WP:SOCK policy, and it is a way to ensure that you receive all the notices that people are sending to Christina Mendez. If have undone the redirects between the user and talk pages of the two accounts. Let me know if you have any questions. It is important that you respond. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 21:56, 24 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

You have been reported for edit-warring here: WP:AN3#User:Christina Mendez reported by User:XLR8TION (Result: Warned). EdJohnston (talk) 22:25, 24 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
  • To clarify, it doesn't matter which of these two accounts you use, but you shouldn't be using both. I hope you'll continue to edit Wikipedia and won't get discouraged by recent events. --96.233.40.199 (talk) 02:52, 25 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because your account is being used only for spam, advertising, or promotion. You are also editing on behalf of User:Christina Mendez in an effort to promote her, and therefore are violating our policy against abusing sockpuppet accounts. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. ···日本穣? · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe 00:43, 26 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
