User talk:Carcharoth/ACE2008 statement

This page will be used for my longer statement for the Arbitration Committee elections of December 2008. I will copy my shorter candidate statement here and expand on it as promised. Expansion and addition of details is scheduled for completion by 30th November 2008. Discussion on the talk page is welcome, though I will be devoting most of my election time to answering questions at the election pages. I may also be completing the questions posed at User:MBisanz/ACE2008/Guide, and will link to my answers there if completed (unfortunately, there was not time to do this - if anyone wants to ask the questions specifically, over at the questions page, please do so - I do have half a page of partial answers to some of those questions).
