HI, to place an image in to an article, you must first upload it. Click the upload link on the left toolbox and select an appropriate license. Once the pic is uploaded, you can easeily place it anywhere on wikipedia. See WP:IMAGE for more details on how to place the image in to the article. -- _Hdt83 ^Chat 06:08, 24 May 2007 (UTC)

To insert any image that is uploaded on WIkipedia, use the code (copy and paste) [[Image:picture name goes here]]. Here is a very detailed guide that tells you how to put frames around pics, line up pics, etc. Wikipedia:Picture_tutorial -- _Hdt83 ^Chat 02:10, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
