Permission for one-time use here is not germane

Hello. Regarding your message on the now deleted talk page of the Center for Healthcare Innovation, that "This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because I am currently in the process on contacting the parties involved to confirm that I am able to use materials from their articles/sources on the Center for Healthcare Innovation Wikipedia page", I think you have a misunderstanding of what would be needed to use this material (even if it was suitable as the content of an article, which is was not, containing all manner of promotional ad-speak, e.g., "By bringing the best and brightest...").

For us to use formerly non-free copyrighted material, the owner has to release it irrevocably to the world under a suitably free and compatible copyright license (or into the public domain). In other words, we cannot use material licensed to us for one-time use here, as your quoted message above appears to speak to. This is because our promise to our readers is that (with a few exceptions), the content they read here can be taken as is or modified and used by them even for commercial purposes. Few large organizations would ever be willing to license their content for use in this manner (and for good reason). But as I said, it was unsuitable for use even if released.
