Oh i see...

you mean the user. OK it's very easy:

First click to his signature, which comes to his page. Than click at the top of the page on "Discussion". Now again at the top "Edit this page" and write at the really bottom of this page. Now just write what you want to write (and don't forget to add a signature by writing 4 tildes. If you can't find this tildes on your keyboard, just click on . Hope you understood this process.
