Disambiguation

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions so far. I hope you like the place and decide to stay.

Please note that disambiguation pages like Gender quota are meant to help readers find a specific existing article quickly and easily. For that reason, they have guidelines that are different from articles. From the Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts you should:

• Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
• Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
• Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry that mentions the title being disambiguated
• Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
• Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
• Do not insert external links or references - Wikipedia is not a business directory

Normally, I would have reverted your edits, but it seems to me that Gender quota could be an article, in addition to being a disambiguation page. I have commented out your additions, to make the disambiguation part more readable, but tagged the article with a {{dabconcept}} tag, which places a 'needs an article' notice at the top of the page. In addition, I am adding a ping to Ian (Wiki Ed) who left the message above and can also assist you, probably better than I can. You are under no obligation to write an article about gender quotas - it is a huge and controversial subject - but if you are interested in the subject, you could begin by adding information to existing articles. Drafting a new article

The process of creating a new article is similar to that of drafting a section in your sandbox. The biggest difference would be that you'd need to include a lead section that summarizes all the major points of the article. And once you're happy with the article you've created, follow the second set of steps in this training module.
