Welcome! edit

Hello, Fundrazrbret, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I notice that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or any other editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One firm rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! You can also just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! VQuakr (talk) 08:06, 13 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

November 2012 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that the username you have chosen, "Fundrazrbret", seems to imply that you are editing on behalf of something other than yourself. Please note that you may not edit on behalf of a company, group, institution, product, or website, and Wikipedia does not allow usernames that are promotional or have the appearance of shared use. If you are willing to use a personal account, please take a moment to create a new account or request a username change that represents only yourself as an individual. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and remember that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. Alexf(talk) 15:04, 13 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Nomination of FundRazr for deletion edit

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article FundRazr is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/FundRazr until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. VQuakr (talk) 08:42, 14 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Your edit at Wikipedia talk:Articles for deletion/FundRazr edit

Greetings. First off, I want to thank you for following the spirit of WP:COI and being straightforward about your conflict of interest with the company. I did remove some sources from the article before nominating it for deletion; removal of material that appears promotional is routine and is recommended as described at WP:BEFORE. I did include a direct link in my deletion nomination to the older version with more sources, because I recognized that it would have been possible for my actions to be interpreted as harpooning the article before the nomination. Note that pointing out examples of other comparable articles tends to be an unproductive line of argument; consider instead explaining how the subject meets the applicable notability guidelines. Please also review the behavioral guideline on assuming good faith, as this is an important guideline that all editors should attempt to follow. Please let me know if you have questions; you can reply here or on my talk page by clicking the link in my signature. VQuakr (talk) 09:22, 15 November 2012 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:Fundrazr listed at Redirects for discussion edit

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Wikipedia:Fundrazr. Since you had some involvement with the Wikipedia:Fundrazr redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion if you have not already done so. Trofobi (talk) 22:49, 17 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:Fundrazr logo.png edit

Thanks for uploading File:Fundrazr logo.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 03:37, 3 December 2016 (UTC)Reply
