Baconian theory GA nominee

edit

I'd be really surprised if this ever got to GA status. Maybe it's my paranoia but I'm thinking someone in the Shakespeare project's going to throw an insurmountable Wiki rule at it. Puzzle Master (talk) 17:49, 27 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Great fun giving myself awards!

Someone has just hacked my account and posted messages that were not mine. I've now changed my password. Bodleyman (talk) 15:58, 31 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Request for unblock

Request reason:

We are an independent school in Oxford, UK. One of our math teachers who has confessed to being a "bit of a joker" and "winding up an administrator" has caused a block on our IP address 217.206.81.98 from this account by using multiple accounts to make a point. He has agreed not to violate Wikipedia policy again. This is particularly disappointing because our English department were planning to take a more active look at Wikipedia when they return in September. I hope this can be resolved.

Decline reason:

In that case, you should request the autoblock be lifted at the IP's talk page. — Daniel Case (talk) 13:16, 1 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
