Thanks. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go through all of this, sorry. The page is obviously a crackpot who added their own crackpot theories to the Variable speed of light page and I wanted to flag it.

Well your call, in the future if you just want to flag a page for attention choose the appropriate maintenance template from Wikipedia:Template index/Cleanup, and add it to the top of the page. If you are adding more than two, it's best practice to collapse them by wrapping with {{multiple issues}} as below.

Be sure to create a section on the talk page explaining your addition of the maintenance tags so others will know why you placed them.
