March 2008 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: 'tripod\.com' (link(s): http://billworld92683.tripod.com/autry) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! XLinkBot (talk) 22:07, 29 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Los Angeles Dodgers. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it.

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Long Beach Armada. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. J.delanoygabsadds 20:19, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, you may not know that Wikipedia has a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia makes it harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.   Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe our core policies. Thank you. Gwandoya Talk 23:31, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Gwandoya's reversion w/ no edit summary edit

Just letting you know that user Gwandoya reverted all your work here [1] without providing any edit summary reason explaining why. Just before she did this to you, she did the same thing to me here [2] at the Coral Smith article for perfectly fine edits. I reverted the page back to my edits and told the user on her discussion page to provide edit summary reasons. She responded in a way that I found particularly uncivil, stating "I don't have to answer to that" here [3] in her edit summary. If you are to have similar problems with her, please bring it to her attention and mine. Maybe we can go to an admin about it if it gets too out of hand. Patricia Blair edit

For help with wikifying this article so that it is in line with Wikipedia policy and guidelines, you might want to take a look at Wikipedia:manual of Style. Hint: to link to another article, you do not need the full URL. Just put the name of the article inside two pairs of double brackets, like this: [[Patricia Blair]]. Good editing. Curse of Moreno's Mistake listed at Redirects for discussion edit

An editor has asked for a discussion to address the redirect Curse of Moreno's Mistake. Since you had some involvement with the Curse of Moreno's Mistake redirect, you might want to participate in the redirect discussion (if you have not already done so). -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 08:13, 28 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
