Speedy deletion of Draft:Director Neeraj Singh

The page Draft:Director Neeraj Singh has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done for the following reason:

• They have already declined your other draft. In a nutshell, you aren't notable enough for an article at this time. To pass our criteria for inclusion, you have to pass WP:GNG, and you don't. I'm sure you're a nice person, and a great director, but being nice or good at your job isn't the criteria. Continuing to start new drafts when you've already been told the subject matter (you) is not notable is considered disruptive. Also note, it is STRONGLY DISCOURAGED for anyone to make biographical articles on themselves. Virtually always, they get deleted. So..... don't, please. Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Vikas Dubey. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style.
