Don't Revert My Changes on My Talk Page

Thanks. Bsharvy 23:22, 2 October 2007 (UTC)

Adminship?

You have been here long enough, and you are a good user. I would like to nominate you to be an administrator. Would you accept or not? NHRHS2010 Talk 02:57, 3 October 2007 (UTC)

Sorry

I'm sorry about the Pregnancy Fetishism thing. I should have assumed good faith, sorry.

Refs?

After the LGBT debate, I couldn't help but look at your userpage and see a citation (ref) userbox. It so happens that I have no idea what I'm doing when I try to use citations, and I wonder if you know where there's a good reference page or tutorial? I tried to kludge it together on Brian D. Weiss earlier today (to save the page from deletion), and I had to plagiarize a bunch of the stuff from Dar Williams, and it was not nearly so elegant as I would like to be. Can you help? Thanks (and thanks for all the great back and forth in that AfD; I had fun)!! Deltopia 21:11, 4 October 2007 (UTC)

You rock out loud. Thanks so much! (You would think one would be bright enough to look for a "WP:CITE" when looking for citation guidance, but I did a lot of translation today, and my brain is still a smoldering mess.) That was exactly what I was looking for :) Deltopia 21:38, 4 October 2007 (UTC)

Counter-vandalism award

You get this award for all your hard work on reverting vandalism. This award was made for people who are good at vandalism fighting, and you are one of them. have a fun day! 1() 18:03, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Unjustified Attack on my Edits

My comments on Meghan were entirely correct and supported by the Washington Post. Did you even READ the Post article? She was in fact called the 7,000 mile long screwdriver. And the info I posted was entirely accurate. Now what kind of political agenda do you have that considers that reporting this info is vandalism? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.83.221.95 (talkcontribs) 19:44, 7 October 2007

Think about what you are doing. Removing pertinent info is NOT "editing"

You seem to get a lot of kudos for "vandal fighting". Maybe you should stop and think who and what you are fighting for.

Are you fighting to keep nice clean whitewashed portraits of Bush lapdogs in your Wikipedia? Free of any and all niggling pertinent FACTS?

I've read a lot of Wiki articles that do NOT have any sources on them, and they are NOT deleted ASAP.

So you deleted mine b/c your uninformed POV is better than my informed POV in your opinion.

Which strikes me as knee-jerk political censorship rather than actual editing.

At least try to THINK about what you are doing, Belovedfreak — Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.83.221.95 (talk) 19:57, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Ok, will do. Thanks for the advice. --Beloved Freak 20:00, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Hi, actually in regards to your revert on Traditional Chinese Medicine I reverted vandalism. Someone added "Fuck in the ass" to the definition! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.56.51.215 (talk) 23:45, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Replied on your talkpage. --Beloved Freak 18:08, 8 October 2007 (UTC)

But I'm a Cheerleader

Yeah, I was just about to revert my own change; the infobox doesn't seem to support Canadian ratings, so I guess there's no harm in the minor duplication. Best regards, Liquidfinale (Ţ) (Ç) (Ŵ) 20:59, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Well done!

Hear ye, hear ye. This user is now a fully-qualified vandal fighter and has received this Thumbs Up from Auroranorth. Have you checked out Twinkle yet? Auroranorth 11:47, 11 October 2007 (UTC)

Re: Well done!

Re: User talk:Black Falcon#Well done!

Thanks! I'm thinking of doing something similar with a portal for an African country, but I want to focus on writing and improving articles for the time being. By the way, I like the idea of a project-specific barnstar for WikiProject Africa. Cheers, Black Falcon (Talk) 00:31, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

Definitely, and the gold colouring of Africa completements the 'featured' theme, although that may have been unintentional. ;) Black Falcon (Talk) 21:46, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

List of LGBT characters in modern written fiction

Great quote you added to the article! --Beloved Freak 19:34, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, I'm using that article to source some of the characters, and obviously it just popped out at me! — TAnthonyTalk 15:58, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

thanks for the tip

Thanks for the tips about adding vandalism warnings... and, I didn't even realize I could edit a user page that wasn't my own! (I simply clicked the wrong link.) FWIW, I had known about the vandalism tags but haven't figured out the variable substitution yet. It's a little annoying that the wp:warn page doesn't make it more obvious where to find this info. Cheers. Noah 18:23, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

SatyrBot / LGBT "full list"

Hi, Hon! The bot *used* to update that nightly. I'm in the middle of a major re-write of the bot's functions, so it hasn't been done in the past couple weeks. Until the bot gets going again, feel free to update at will! -- SatyrTN (talk | contribs) 04:11, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

Phantom Crystal

I created a page called Phantom crystal. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phantom_crystal Would you mind editing it? Thank you! Neptunekh 03:17, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Sorry re: Rubyfruit Jungle

I apologize for the careless edit - thanks for catching it. Llajwa 12:43, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

Thanks

Thank you for fixing that, I don't know why I missed the good version in the history. Regards, Mercury 18:27, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

Perfect timing

Just as I was hitting "save page" to do the same thing.....lol..[1]. Dreadstar 18:57, 21 October 2007 (UTC)

Preity Zinta FA

Hi there. The Preity Zinta article has recently achieved A-class status. Due to the wealth of support I have decided to now nominate for an FA class article which I believe and judging by the comments of others is pretty much up to. In my view it is better than some existing FA actor articles. I would therefore be very grateful if you could give it a final review in your own time and leave your comments and views at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Preity Zinta. Thankyou, your comments are always valuable. ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 10:57, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

My edits are not vandalism

Please refrain from reverting my edits to Kenny Logan, they are not vandalism. Many Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.72.39.220 (talk) 18:17, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

Your edits from this and other ip addresses (79.72.124.27, 79.72.113.26) do indeed constitute vandalism. --Beloved Freak 18:25, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
(Although I will admit that your most recent edits may have been in good faith and have retracted the most recent vandalism warning.)--Beloved Freak 18:35, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

I'm sorry but i dont know anything about edits made by the other IP's you mention. Nothing to do with me. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.72.39.220 (talk) 19:49, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

If that's the case, you must have a miraculous psychic connection to some other people out there as you are making the same edits to the same page.--Beloved Freak 20:26, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

no actually i am watching the Kenny Logan article amongst others, and felt that the statement about his resemblence to Desperate Dan was valid and should have stayed in. Regards, --79.72.39.220 20:33, 4 November 2007 (UTC)

LOTD proposal

You either voted on the original list of the day proposal or the revised version. A more modest experimental proposal is now at issue at WP:LOTDP. Feel free to voice your opinion.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/tcfkaWCDbwincowtchatlotpsoplrttaDCLaM) 17:26, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
