todo:
- the example in LR parser shows an incorrect stack and the algorithm isn't quite right. symbols should be pushed onto the stack during a shift (i think).
- i don't like the diagram on Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. those top three levels are not equal. also the page needs some cleanup. might need to check out the original book from the library to use as a reference.
- fix the examples on the Builder pattern page. these are really confusing and for the most part just plain wrong.
