As a personal connection to Carmody, I have declared a conflict of interest above. Notability

I didn't review the draft much, and basically just looked at your sources for quick feedback based on numerous deletion debates on biographies and legal topics. At this time, I would hold off until you get more articles truley focused on the attorney from more mainstream sources. Non-attorneys have a hard time understanding the significance of legal focused literature, and in general a lot of deletionists out there have a warped sense of notability and the significance of coverage in media they have not heard of (IMO).
