Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Afro-Haitians. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.
Please don't remove templates only recently applied without discussion. As it stands, the article is far more comprehensible than it was, but it still needs quite a bit of work to bring it up to encyclopaedic standard. Remember that you're encouraged to be BOLD, but WP:CAREFUL. Cheers.

I actually did intentionally remove the flag as a result of not fully being aware of the policy surrounding that. I'll keep what you've said in mind are be more mindful of this in the future. Thanks for your help!--bLu (talk) 21:44, 18 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Cheers, BLu... and not a problem. I realised that you removed the template in good faith, and you were actually welcome to do so, but it's more a matter of evaluating things in terms of how recently it was templated, etc. It does take a little time - and a steep learning curve - to get your head around how Wikipedia works. Welcome aboard, and I hope it's smooth sailing for you for the better part! --Iryna Harpy (talk) 23:18, 18 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
