You can't cite Wikipedia on itself, please just WP:Wikilink other articles, don't cite them.

While you have *have* the DatPiff cites, they don't prove Notability because DP is just a distributor, not journalism. The HipHopDX article is good, you need more cites like that.

Also, don't cite Echelon's FB page unless it explicitly says something about JACC.

So to summarize, you really need to read WP:Notability (music) because your only really solid cite is HHDX and possibly the New Times.

The other big problem is you just reel out a bunch of info about him, then say "oh also he was covered in X, Y, Z publications". That's the opposite of what you want. You want instead to build the article based on the coverage in X, Y, and Z. We want to know what outside observers have documented about him and his significance, not just a list of the albums he put out.

Again, take a quick look at WP:Notability (music) and it will explain a lot.
