Proposed deletion of Mad About Physics edit

The article Mad About Physics has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This article does not have any sources that demonstrate it is worthy of inclusion because no reliable third-party sources seem to be available for this topic and it does not fit the notability criteria as a notable book either. Also, the two sources listed do not actually go to any linked or available articles and are therefore unverifiable.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Article feedback edit

Hello. I hope you don't mind that I moved your comment down to this section so that I can respond here without confusion. You wrote the following:

I'm taking a number of immediate actions to raise the quality of this Wikipedia entry. As to the question of notability, Jearl Walker's The Flying Circus of Physics has an entry, and the two books are similar in scope, though Jargodzki's book is more oriented toward paradoxes and cognitive dissonance.

I'd appreciate any tips to improve the article and keep it from being deleted, and I'll read through the links you provided. Thanks! BCornine (talk) 00:02, 23 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

My reply is as follows:
I added references to the article, which I explained on the article's talk page. I also left some helpful comments pertaining to the content of the article, on the article's talk page. Regards. ---- Steve Quinn (talk) 04:11, 27 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
By the way - there's no chance of this being deleted, now. ---- Steve Quinn (talk) 04:13, 27 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
