Commercial use of Image:Soundpedialogo.jpg

Greetings! I saw your comment at Talk:Soundpedia about the deletion of the logo. Please note that permission to use the image on Wikipedia is not sufficient. Because of the potential for derivative works, a "for use on Wikipedia" license would not cover those derivative works. However, fair use can likely be argued for the image, since it a logo of a company. —C.Fred (talk) 17:45, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

Image:Soundpedialogo.jpg is now tagged as a {{Non-free logo}}, and I have noted that use in the Soundpedia article qualifies as fair use. —C.Fred (talk) 18:02, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Soundpedia
