- I'm not an experienced editor, so apologies if I misunderstood site standards. I'm trying to remove the quote attributed to Anita Dunn, because it is fabricated and was not actually said by her. (the fake quote is: "you should accept your fate graciously, and not seek to deny or discredit those who your behavior has affected." That was actually written by James Lipton, who was spoofing an email address and pretending to be Anita Dunn.)

- That's an excellent find. I made a mostly generic edit and added the citation. Feel free to expand on it if you want. You seem to know the subject matter more than myself. I would probably just leave the original text in that section since it gives good context. A type of cabinet (talk) 13:11, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
- I would suggest removing the fabricated quote altogether. It was known to be fake at the time of the original story (Oct 2017), and only circulated again later (2020), because people lost that context. Awrtsd (talk) 16:31, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
- I'm currently inside of a rooftop air conditioning unit and don't have enough time to do anything constructive. If you have the time, you can try and rewrite the section to better reflect that the original reported stories were based on partially fabricated evidence.
