Thank you for your contributions. Please mark your edits as "minor" only if they are minor edits. In accordance with Help:Minor edit, a minor edit is one that the editor believes requires no review and could never be the subject of a dispute. Minor edits consist of things such as typographical corrections, formatting changes or rearrangement of text without modification of content. Additionally, the reversion of clear-cut vandalism and test edits may be labeled "minor". Thank you. Grayfell (talk) 07:04, 15 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, User:Avikbal/sandbox

Hello, Avikbal. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "sandbox".

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Proposed deletion of Montu Saini

edit

The article Montu Saini has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The article is a mishmash of names of people basically unrelated to the subject other than having (allegedly) been at his table onxe. No in depth sources required to establish notability.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ☆ Bri (talk) 01:30, 16 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Nomination of Montu Saini for deletion

edit

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Montu Saini is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Montu Saini until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. ☆ Bri (talk) 19:50, 29 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Kuldeep Buttar, from its old location at User:Avikbal/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. -Liancetalk/contribs 18:10, 25 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Editing with a possible paid conflict of interest

edit

Hello Avikbal. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Avikbal. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Avikbal|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. --SamHolt6 (talk) 22:25, 26 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Dear @SamHolt6:, Thank you for your review! I am in no way related or commissioned to create this Wikipedia page. I independently voluntarily out of interest write about biographies of entrepreneurs taking references and sourcing information from their publically released and published interviews, awards, and work coverages. Please allow me to continue editing and publishing this page. Request reason:

The edits are made based on my learnings and knowledge gained from various press reports publically published. I have no affiliations or paid initiatives in writing or moderating Wikipedia content. Decline reason:

You haven't answered Doc James's question, above. How specifically did you know "He got married to Kaur Balvinder in 1990"? Please post the specific source you used to determine this. Yamla (talk) 19:12, 13 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
