September 2011 edit

[Image:Information.svg|25px|alt=|link=]] Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Windows Search, please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. P.S. Please do not use second person ("you") in Wikipedia articles. Fleet Command (talk) 11:49, 15 September 2011 (UTC)Reply

Athenae, I do not take it kindly when someone changes my messages except when it is fixing a spelling mistake. Granted, you have the right to indent, unindent, completely remove or change the formatting and visual style of the entire text, but please DO NOT alter the content of the message or its title.
As for your contributions, Wikipedia demands a reliable source for every and each of your sentences, including all your allegations of misconduct on Microsoft's part. Please see Wikipedia:Citing sources to find out how. Also please take note that Wikipedia does not accept original research; it means "steps to reproduce" an issue do not count as a source. In addition, please stick to Wikipedia:Manual of Style: Offensive words, insults, contraction forms, second person pronouns, weasel words and colloquial speech are not acceptable in Wikipedia.
As for your concern about notification, yes, you can edit your Preferences to receive an email upon having received a message on your talk page.

Re: your^^(Fleet's) last missive edit

Hi Fleet, sorry you feel I changed your content, but I included the text from your original and after my trying to make it more beautiful, and I don't see any changes in the wording.

Here's how they look side by side on my browser (click for larger image)

There was no intent to disturb the integrity of your writing and from the look of it, I don't see why you would be so upset. just tried to make it look more pretty/beautiful...doesn't sound like presentation is that important on Wikipedia from what you shot at me.. ;-/

Will respond to rest later...but wanted to clear out (or try to clear out) any muddying of the waters that has happened as soon as possible...)...

I much prefer the look on the left, really, and I don't think changes anything about your meaning. If you disagree, could you explain to me why? I may not be seeing some comma or some thing that you feel is important that I thought was a speck of dust, or the decor of the place.

I was trying to give it a homey look like you were speaking to me on a casual friendly level, vs. a power-over, 'I'm on a power trip' type of way. I think there's far too much of such that goes on via the internet -- more so than in person, because it's easier for people to dictate rules and not have to see the person's reaction or worry about hurting their feelings... It's great isn't?  ;-( (Of course I'm always perfect myself too!) ;-)

FWIW, if you check my sign-up date, I've been around for about 6 years...just don't feel qualified to say alot, but when I do, I try to know what I am talking about.

Addressed I hope! edit

I think after much trial and error, I addressed the problem...couldn't figure out a right license for something that was a screen shot of a wikipedia page. but Finally found the license, (I think/hope/crossing fingers).
