I need help with the John Gallagher Wikipedia page entry that has been declined twice

Hi SisterTwister,

You are the second person to reject this entry. I am a bit frustrated about how to proceed as I did substantially change the first draft of this post and added many more sources and links the second time. Just because there are no more sources about this person on the internet doesn't mean they aren't notable, but that is the feedback I am getting. My approach was to make the entry much shorter so there would be less to take issue with, but that doesn't seem to be the case, it just feels as though Wikipedia is deeming this person "not notable."

I really need to get this page approved so I would appreciate your specific help for what exactly I need to do to make that happen.
