I have been an anon editor for several years now. However, I recently opened an account to expand my growing interest in contributing to Wikipedia — then an aggressive editor, in consort with at least one other editor, began a vendetta against me because I dared to disagree with them. I have better things to do with my life than waste my time arguing about procedures and rules when my sole intention was to help build an encyclopedia!

I am not Emnx

I am NOT Coldmachine

I am not a Sock Puppet

I am sick of the institutional abuse by edit-warring editors supported by Admins that don't give themselves more than 30 seconds before they rush to assume guilt. If the accuser has had an account for a long time the assumption by admins is always that they are correct in what they say.

I am sick and tired of trying to persuade admins to act against aggressive editors. The Trolls Rule Wikipedia

I quit!

Unblocking edit

I'm unblocking your account (somewhat after the fact, yes) as I've seen enough doubt around the evidence, and the relative weakness of the checkuser case. Unblocking here in good faith, so let's see how things go. Either way, if a wrong has been done here, it's never too late to right it - Alison 15:55, 27 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Further, there are more than 20 proposals related to Watchlists in general that you may be interested in reviewing. (and over 260 proposals in all, across many aspects of wikis)
