I was working on fixing the page but i wasn't even given enough time to make the fixes before being deleted. Then when i tried to do the fixes and cited all the material for verification as well as the information to the significance it would not let me save the new information. How can I get the page up and running with the new information already written and cited?ArezCobain (talk) 04:35, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Arez Cobain edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Arez Cobain requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. INeverCry 01:48, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Welcome! edit

Hello, ArezCobain, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited was Arez Cobain, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

October 2015 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Arez Cobain, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. ~Oshwah~ (talk) (contribs) 02:15, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

how do i resubmit new material for this page? I was working on fixing the page but i wasn't even given enough time to make the fixes before being deleted. See Wikipedia:Viewing and restoring deleted pages. --  Kethrus |talk to me  13:47, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
Try working on it in the draft space, which is outside the main article space and therefore at less risk for deletion. Please note, however, that we highly discourage users from creating articles about themselves, for reasons explained at Wikipedia is not about YOU and Wikipedia:Autobiography. --Drm310 (talk) 15:36, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

Multiple accounts edit

I have left a warning message on User talk:GodOfWar88, as I have reason to suspect [1] that this individual and you are the same person. Please note that Wikipedia does not allow users to operate multiple accounts, per its policy on sock puppetry. --Drm310 (talk) 19:04, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

I was trying to delete this account because I kept getting tagged as an autobiography when simply I'm just a fan so I thought maybe the user name was confusing. If I could please have this account deleted or disabled. ArezCobain (talk) 22:02, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
I left a reply to this on my talk page. --Drm310 (talk) 23:30, 21 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
